For on-line orders, a standard charge is made to your card depending on your selected location (UK mainland or various International destinations). When actual carriage cost is determined you will be reimbursed for the difference. The charge made is maximum carriage cost.
Many goods are first class but some, especially large or heavy items such as large catalogues, metal locos and building kits may be sent Parcelforce or similar.
At our discretion other refunds may be made against postage costs. Refunds will appear on your credit card statement accordingly.

Whilst we carry a large range of the displayed items in stock, many of our products are sourced direct from the manufacturer, particularly for larger quantities. All goods available at the time of ordering will be dispatched within one working day of receipt of order. Any items not available will be noted on the invoice and details emailed to you if possible. Back orders will be fulfilled by despatch within 28 days or automatically refunded after that time unless agreed otherwise. If you do not wish to wait and would like to be refunded for any balance on goods pending delivery - please notify in writing or via email.
All goods are supplied in good faith. Damaged items should be notified to us within 5 days of receipt. All manufacturers warranties acknowledged.
